I love AMS! I have been over weight ALL of my life and tried every program out there. I had almost convinced myself that I was going to have to do more than just diet and exercise when a friend told me about AMS! It was my last resort and it WORKED! Eight months into the program, I have lost 77 pounds and still counting! I never thought it was possible, but with the easy to follow diet, exercise and support from the awesome staff at AMS, I found out that it was possible! If I, a busy middle school teacher with no extra time, can do this, ANYBODY can!
